Drawings on the clouds

I loved to draw since childhood. But she didn't know what to draw, how to invent her drawings. She grew up in a village, there was no art school, and drawing lessons were taught by a history teacher. The real teacher Gertruda Saveliivna taught me how to draw for only 1 year in the 4th grade. She was the one who advised my parents to send me to her friends in Moscow to learn to be an artist, because probably experience told her that yes, God had given me the ability to draw.

Of course, my parents were afraid to send me to strangers. Gertruda Saveliivna went on a well-deserved retirement, and I remained for many years with the thought that "I just know how to draw well."

And only at the age of 41 I left a good job with a wonderful team and went nowhere as a freelance artist. Now I know that I was going to the real ME.

And if your child knows how to draw well, support his gift, help develop creative abilities, find a style and drawing technique that he will like.
