The war did not make anything beautiful.

And a smile does not beautify the lips at all
And the hair is not gray, probably, but already white.

But I'm not afraid. We recognized the Spirit!

Souls are freed from garbage and dirt.

And the tears will dry up, the people will be strengthened
And we will still sing cheerful songs.

Although the rhymes are lost, and the colors are not all,

But we have Hope and Faith in God.

That the Light in people will make us Human
And there will be Dawn, and PEACE, and Victory!

Love is merciless to darkness and evil.

But Faith and Wisdom, and the Power of Unity,

Then - our achievements, then - JOY of the holiday,
Unbreakable and free in the hearts of Ukraine.
